Building Trust №8 is truly considered to be a flagship building industry in Brest area and the Republic of Belarus.
For the achievement of great results in the All-Union socialist contest, for the improvement of the effectiveness of production and quality of work, high level of production and implementation of plans and obligations Central Committee of the Communist Party of Soviet Union, Council of Ministers of the USSR, Central Committee of Socialist Youth awarded our trust with a Red banners and with the entering of the Hall of Fame of VDNH of the USSR, and in 1986 our trust was awarded with a memorial medal "For high effectiveness and quality of work in the period of ХI-th five-year plan".
In 2006 our company was awarded with a Diploma and Prize of the European Union "Crystal brick" for the victory in the international contest for the erection of the best sport and tourist object on both sides of the Eastern border of EU, for the erection of sport complex «Victoria» in Brest.
For the erection of the complex of residential and social houses in the district Vostochnyj № 5 in Brest city our trust became the winner of the International Contest «House – 2008».
The commitment of our workers was several times rewarded with prestigious governmental prizes and titles. During the history of our trust the following laureates worked or still work in our trust: one "Hero of Socialist Labour ", 122 holders of eh orders, three "Honored builders of the USSR", three "Honored builders of the Republic of Belarus". 2 people became Laureates of State Premiums of the USSR, 2 - became Laureates of the premiums of the Council of Ministers, 5 our workers were elected deputies of the Supreme Council of the Republic. Working in the trust, 3 were awarded with the scientific degrees of candidates of technical and economic sciences.
